Growing up in an immigrant household where food was the most genuine expression of love and celebration, I've learned how deeply comforting and grounding a good meal can be — especially in moments of uncertainty or when everything around feels unfamiliar.

As a teenager, I find a special joy in exploring the city with my family or friends, seeking new food spots that spark connection, inspiration, and always guarantee good time. This passion inspired me to create Hidden Plates: a welcoming and accessible platform to help others discover the same joy and comfort in food.
